Divisions

The long-term industrial structure of SPATOLA Group.

SPATOLA is being built around a multidisciplinary model that connects engineering, manufacturing, mobility, technology and research. Some divisions reflect capabilities already active today, others are being developed, and others represent the long-term industrial direction of the Group.

The long-term vision includes sustainable energy systems, energy storage, efficiency technologies and engineering solutions that support resilient industrial and infrastructure development.

Engineering

ACTIVE

The core technical division of SPATOLA and one of the foundations from which the wider Group is being built.

Its current focus connects mechanical design, product development, CAD, technical problem solving, engineering analysis and the practical development of systems, components and products.

Marine Technologies

FUTURE

A future division dedicated to engineering and technology for marine environments, vessels and water-based systems.

Its long-term direction may include marine mobility, mechanical systems, structures, equipment and technologies designed to operate reliably in demanding aquatic environments.

Mobility

DEVELOPING

A developing division focused on the design and engineering of machines that move people, goods and systems.

Its direction begins with current interests and experience in motorcycles and mechanical design, with a longer-term path toward automotive, transportation and new mobility technologies.

Research & Development

ACTIVE

The exploratory arm of SPATOLA, focused on investigating technical problems, developing concepts and turning uncertain ideas into more structured engineering directions.

R&D supports experimentation, technical research, early-stage product development, prototypes and the exploration of technologies that may later become products, capabilities or future divisions.

Robotics & Autonomous Systems

FUTURE

A future division focused on machines and systems that can sense, interpret, move and perform tasks with increasing levels of automation.

Its long-term scope includes robotics, industrial automation, intelligent machines, control systems and autonomous technologies developed for useful real-world applications.

Technology

DEVELOPING

A developing division connecting physical engineering with software, computation and digital systems.

Its direction includes software development, interactive technologies, artificial intelligence, digital engineering tools and the computing systems that increasingly support modern products, machines and industrial operations.

Ventures

FUTURE

A future platform intended to transform promising ideas, technologies and industrial opportunities into new businesses.

SPATOLA Ventures is envisioned as a long-term mechanism for developing, incubating and supporting new companies or initiatives that align with the Group's engineering, technology and industrial mission.

Bridging industries

Bridging Industries

The divisions are not intended to operate as isolated silos.

SPATOLA Group's long-term model is based on knowledge moving between disciplines: engineering informing manufacturing, research enabling technology, materials improving mobility, software strengthening machines, and experience in one sector creating solutions for another.
